Three horses in blue and yellow colors appeared at the start of Velká pardubická vol. 115. Unfortunately, Registana's hope for the third victory in a row dissipated. She jumped the fence very high, didn't land well and lost the jockey. Our next representative Red Dancer (FR) set the pace fast and was the first one to clear the Taxis ditch and Hastaven (FR) was right behind him. They both coped with the ditch well just like the other horses but unfortunately, Hastaven (FR) lost his rider as well in front of the Irish bench. Thereby only Dušan Andrés with Red Dancer (FR) remained on the racing-course in advance of all the others and continued with fast pace, but that turned up fatal for the most of the horses (the race was finished by only 7 horses) and at the same time it contributed to the record-breaking time of this year's Velká pardubická. Unfortunately, Red Dancer (FR) was then at the end of his rope and placed sixth. The winner was Maskul, leaving behind Decent Fellow and Laneret, who came third.
Masini (POL) introduced himself on Sunday on a Parisian racing-course Auteil. He performed well in the most difficult French fence race, Gras Savoye Grand Steeple - Chase de Paris, with Jim Crowley in saddle, and finished the race on a seventh endowed place. Masini (POL) came 14 lengths behind the victorious local horse Sleeping Jack, that ran a 5800m race in the best time of the last ten years, 7:03,00.
Monday weekly Paris Turf pointed out Masini's performance as a biggest surprise of the race, he was classified as a good Czech fencer, rider Crowley regretted a hesitation on a terrain bench. In the lobby, experts ascribed a promising future to Masini (POL), and really impressed as a horse debuting on the Auteil racing-course.
Darsalam, a winner of the Czech and Austrian derby, and the Czech and German Saint Leger, was declared the best horse of 2004. Neither our horses got lost in a poll, announced on the Czech turf's gala evening. Registana (GER) placed second and Masini (POL) placed third. In addition to this, Registana (GER) was declared the best steepler of the season.

Together with Registana's last year's victory in the 113. VP and Tankred's victory in Slovak classic Triple Crown, it's Wrbna Racing stable's biggest success.
