28.6.2004 King Marc second in derby

King Marc (GER) repeated his stable colleague's Tankred (POL) last year's performance in an 84. Czech derby and placed second. King Marc (GER) maintained his second position during the whole race behind German Malt and gained the lead position after two thousand meters. However he was no match for excellent Darsalam and in the end came second with a three and a quarter lengths delay. Abroad competitors, German Stin and Polish Jan Herman, placed behind them. Tankred (POL) proved his qualities in a previous race. He won the best competitors' race Zlatý pohár Setuzy with an overwhelming finish ahead of Nolan and Poderoso, another champion Tribal Instinct came last. Arganta (GER) confirmed the excellent performance of trainer Olehla's wards in Cena hřebčína Napajedla, where she won and defeated Radoslava and Aparta. British jockey Paul Eddery guided all of our horses.

6.6.2004 Registana's victorious debut

Trainer Olehla's wards headed for three different racing-courses this weekend. Registana (GER), winner of last year's Velká pardubická, introduced herself for the first time this year. She won Premio STEEPLE-CHASE DI PRIMAVERA with Peter Gehm and thereby sustained her last year's invincibility. Almanzor, another Czech representative in this race, didn't unfortunately finish it. A race for which our Duce (POL) was enrolled was cancelled. The largest group headed for Bratislava. Tankred (POL) won seven times out of seven starts in Bratislava. He placed first in the day's main race Veľká cena Slovenska. Arganta (GER) placed second in Cena Arvy, one and ¾ lengths behind Mariella, a German mare. In other races, Sara (POL) came fourth in Cena Scottish Rifla and Alando (GER) came seventh in sprinter's Cena Ministerstva pôdohospodárstva Slovenskej republiky. Paul Eddery guided all of our horses. Chrisanta (CZE) placed sixth in 11. Moravská cena in Slušovice already on Saturday.

24.1.2004 Registana declared the horse of 2003

Registana (GER) Pardubice 12.10.03 Registana (GER), the winner of the 113. Velká pardubická steeplechase, was declared the Best horse of the Czech Republic for the past year. She wasn't defeated once in the past season and in addition to this she won two more races in Merano, Italy. Registana (GER) also won a best fencer of 2003 poll with a big advance of all the others. Registana (GER) placed third in a Best older horse poll as well, where our next mare Oxalana (GER) placed second. Masini (POL) was declared the second Best fencer of the last year. Tankred (POL), winner of the Slovak derby and Slovak classical Triple Crown, was declared the Best three-year-old stallion after his last year's award for the Best two-year-old stallion. Together with the award for the Best flat race horse in Slovakia it's his second award for this year.

27.11.2003 Slovak awards for our stable

At the Slovak turf's Gala evening, racing prizes for 2003 were awarded and our stable received some of them as well:

  • Tankred (POL) – was declared the Horse of 2003 in the flat races in Slovakia and the Best three-year-old stallion of 2003 in Slovakia
  • Oxalana (GER) – was declared the Best older mare of 2003 in Slovakia
  • Čestmír Olehla – was declared the Flat race trainers' champion of 2003
  • Wrbna Racing – the Most successful owner of the flat racing horses of 2003 in Slovakia
