This elegant shadowy white horse is a half-brother of the great Tulipa. He is a late horse, after his father, and therefore hasn't started as a two-year-old.
He started his career at the age of three in 2005 right on the hurdles. After a familiarization start he won his first race at home and then went to conquer Italy. He was successful there, he won the Premio Fiorio, came second in Premio Ettore Tagliabue (Gr.3) and third in Premio Berlingieri (Gr.2). He placed on top of the Czech republic's handicap chart for three-year-old hurdle horses.
In the year 2006, after very successful previous season he was getting very slowly to his form. On its results he took up again in autumn in Merano Corsa Sieni dei 4 Anni (Gr.3) where he was at the 3rd place.
Theoden began the 2007 season in good form with a victory in Pardubice and a second place finish in Merano, but after being slowed by health problems he spent the rest of the year at home on the farm.
