This dark brown horse is a son of a champion-stallion Dashing Blade (GB) and a mare Depeche toi (GER), who won twice on the track, placed in the Listed race and gained 84 kg GAG. In the breeding she gave four winners including the winner of the wicker hurdle race in France and who also placed in Ireland. Therefore we can expect a jumping talent from Diamond King, which we hope he"ll profit from in the future.

As a two-year old he debuted in Simsonova cena, where he finished 2nd with mighty finale. In Cena Masise (NL) he finished 5th and the season ended with 4th place at I. category race Cena společnosti CKP Chrudim.

Diamond King’s 2007 racing season ended quickly in the spring. After finishing third in a race he began to limp and was scratched from further starts. He underwent joint surgery at the end of the year and a question mark now hangs over his career.
