The large bay horse is the daughter of the well-known studhorse Jape (USA). Her mother is Be My (POL). She is therefore the half-sister of the successful gelding Babie Lato (POL).
Batalistyka appeared as a two-year old on the track only once, making a bold debut in the biggest Slovak race for two-year-old mares. But she won the Winter Queen Trophy, signalling her great potential.
