In the Sporting Index Chase, 6200 m cross country, rider Gehm deviated from the course two fences before the finish line and set the route to victory free for Spot The Difference (English) with McNamara in saddle. Our eight-year-old mare ran very well in this dramatic race. Gehm performed trainer Olehla's tactical instructions accurately and remained on the second or third position for the whole time, not more than four units behind the leading horse. In the last lap Registana (GER) took the initiative and was in advance of three lengths. That, however, contributed to a fatal mistake two fences before the finish line. It's a pity because she was very close to a historical victory in the horse-racing birthplace, England. Except for Registana (GER), not even the second Czech representative Kyrton with Pavel Složil in saddle finished the race.
