Arganta (GER) became the first mare to win the Czecho-Slovak Oaks double. After the victory in Most on August 8th with Gary Hind in saddle she also won in Bratislava (held back for 10 lengths), leaving Austrian Tamdana and Slovak Dancing Theatre behind. With a third classic victory (Jarní cena klisen in addition to the both Oaks) she confirmed the position of the best Czecho-Slovak three-year-old mare. Ozermes (SLO) and Suitana (POL) (both aged 2) also introduced themselves for the second time in Bratislava. Ozermes (SLO) came second in Cena Nutri Horse Standard and Suitana (POL) came fourth in Cena zimní královny.
